Karen Frank

Karen J. Frank is a senior executive, who has been responsible for managing day to day operations of strategic business segments, including financial performance, corporate development activities, marketing, and overall business strategy. With more than three decades of experience, Karen has held various leadership positions while always maintaining a strong customer focus. Under her direction she has worked with companies in developing long standing relationships as a valued supplier and strategic partner. She is recognized as a leader that has a “big picture” vision and persistence to invoke change and growth.

Karen has held various management roles including Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Program Management. Her innovative and cutting-edge ideas have resulted in a diverse record of achievements.

Karen is the recipient of Long Island Business News’ Top 50 Women, an award that recognizes the most dynamic and influential professional women on Long Island. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Stony Brook University Center for Corporate Education – Women in STEM Leadership.

Throughout her extensive career she has functioned as a coach and mentor, assisting young professionals in their career development. Additionally, she has been a featured speaker at industry and government conferences. She is also active in numerous community organizations.

Karen graduated cum laude from CUNY-Brooklyn College with a degree in Accounting and Economics and a minor in Psychology.
